Permanent Open Call for Technology Transfer Feasibility Study Proposals
As part of efforts to promote the use of space technologies, a Permanent Open Call for Technology Transfer Feasibility Study Proposals has recently been opened. MST Aerospace GmbH is entrusted by the European Space Agency with the set-up, administration and implementation of this Call. MST Aerospace acts as a prime contractor of the Agency in the field of technology transfer from space and leads a European network of technology experts and brokers for the exploitation of space technologies in different branches.
Permanent Open Call for Technology Transfer
The purpose of this Call is to allow space and non-space entities or individuals to submit proposals for studies to assess the feasibility of a possible transfer of a technology from a space donor to a non-space receiver. MST offers to support feasibility studies for technology transfer by selecting and funding an independent expert entity to perform the study.

Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the Selection of a Pool of Experts for Technology Transfer Feasibility Studies
The objective of this ITT is to constitute a pool of experts among which restricted competitions will be run to conduct the feasibility studies selected under the Call. Expert organisations are hereby invited to submit an application in order to express their interest in being part of the pool.
The purpose of this ITT is to establish a pool of experts for the Call. MST offers to support feasibility studies for the transfer of space technologies by selecting and funding independent expert organisations to perform the study. In a second step, expert organisations from this pool will be invited to submit competitive bids to be awarded a contract to perform a given feasibility study. The modalities and the extent of the support provided are negotiated on a case-to-case basis. As a general rule the financial support granted to each study will not exceed EUR 30,000.
